2. Menstruate
On the 2nd day of your period, use a menstrual cup.
3. Prepare
Wash your hands and have your test kit ready. Before removing your menstrual cup, take the tube out of the transport container.
4. Fill
Remove your cup, pour the blood into the small tube, gently press the cup sides if needed.
5. Send
After filling the sample, please mail it back to us using the provided envelope and shipping label.
